Tyler Holloman

Tyler Holloman is the Co-Founder, and Managing Partner of Frontier Development Group, where he directs the company’s investment, development, and management functions.

He is also the founder and President of Frontier Property Management, which manages 500+ residential homes, a portfolio of commercial real estate in Manhattan, and serves over 100 clients.

Tyler is passionate about real estate development and has led the redevelopment efforts on multiple award winning projects in Manhattan and across the state. He specializes in tax credit financing and has acted as the lead developer in several prominent public-private partnerships, enabling the creation of over 200 new housing units.
His investment experience includes a broad range of property types such as student housing, self-storage, commercial, subsidized housing, and market rate multifamily. His projects have included the use of tax credit equity, bond and tax increment financing, and layered grant funding.

Beyond the job site, Tyler is a dedicated advocate for Kansas communities, serving on several boards focused on affordable housing and historic preservation. He is a frequent panelist on rural housing development. He resides just outside Manhattan in the Flint Hills, with his wife, Morgan, and their son. In his downtime, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and tackling home improvement projects.
