It's all in the details.

The Manhattan Infill Housing Project will deliver 40 middle-income housing units across two infill sites in Manhattan. The development includes affordable three-bedroom, two-bath homes for households earning between 60% and 150% of the area median income, directly addressing priorities identified in the Manhattan Housing Market Analysis and by the Workforce Housing Steering Committee. Funding sources include a WHST Grant, KHRC funding, Industrial Revenue Bonds (IRBs), Investor Equity, and Construction and Permanent Financing through a local Commercial Lender. Multiple stakeholders were involved in both permitting and financing approval requiring strong community and municipal support. The two sites—one previously City-owned and one privately owned—are zoned for residential use, fully serviced, and ideally located for infill development. Together, they advance the City’s goals of expanding attainable housing and supporting long-term neighborhood revitalization through strategic infill development.
