Managing Partner
Tyler is a managing partner and the President of Frontier Development Group. He has been active for 10+ years in the Manhattan real estate market and has been involved in student housing, self storage, commercial and residential development, historic rehabilitation, and public-private partnerships. He has expertise in finance, investment, development, and management. Tyler is familiar with IRB’s, RHID’s, Historic Tax Credits, Housing Investor Tax Credits, and numerous other grant and tax credit funding programs.
Tyler is active on several boards related to development, affordable housing and historic preservation. Tyler’s passion for community success, problem solving and real estate development, make him a crucial part of Frontier Development Group
Tyler lives just outside Manhattan in Alma, KS with his wife, Morgan, and their two dogs Remy and Rocky. In his spare time Tyler enjoys traveling, home improvement projects, and hiking.
