Director of Community Engagement

Morgan is the Director of Community Engagement for Frontier Development Group. She received her MS in Community Development from Kansas State University in 2024. Morgan works to bring communities together through creativity, inclusivity and innovation. These skills allow Morgan to connect with the communities we work with in order to create as many positive opportunities as possible.

In addition to community relations Morgan is involved with several committees and leadership groups. Morgan’s passion for community success, historic preservation and economic development make her a key component to the success of Frontier Development Group.

Morgan lives in Alma, KS with her husband Tyler and their two dogs Remy and Rocky. In her spare time Morgan enjoys traveling, gardening, bee keeping and mountain biking.
