From the beginning, Frontier has strived to be an uncommon company. We’re not afraid to do hard things, and never compromise on doing the right thing. What started as a property management company with a mission to change the industry, quickly grew into a multi-state operation with divisions in management, construction, and development.

By developing our own projects we realized we could have a greater impact as a full service, vertically integrated, development company. Frontier Development Group was launched, bringing all of our service companies under one umbrella.

We have developed projects consisting of market-rate student housing, single family infill, office/commercial, and tax credit multifamily. We are passionate about our work and insist on having a positive impact for every Frontier project.
