Frontier Property Management, LLC and the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce hosted an official ribbon cutting Tuesday.
The company was originally called FHP Properties and has operated in the Little Apple since 2013.
It was rebranded to Frontier Property Management and opened in a new location September of this year.
Frontier offers conventional support for owners looking to rent out their properties and it offers an array of remodeling services such as building decks, painting and tiling floors.
“We can do everything in house and by doing that we are able to save some of the out of pocket expenses for our owners,” said Tyler Holloman, owner of Frontier Property Management, LLC.
According to Hollomon, the company has experienced a growth of 600 percent since January and it manages over 300 units in Manhattan.
The Frontier Property Management team is hosting a donation drive for the victims of the Founders Hill fire in Manhattan which displaced 91 residents and caused $3.5 million dollars in damages.
They are accepting monetary donations as well as hygiene items, clothing, bedding, pet supplies and gift cards.
Donations can be dropped off at their new location at 124 S. 4th Street in Manhattan.
